Shipping and Receiving Instructions

Roof-top tents and large awnings are transported via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight, where they are stacked on pallets and sent using major carriers like Forward Air, T-Force Etc. The delivery will be made to a commercial address or a carrier terminal and requires someone to be present to inspect the shipment packages and sign for confirmation of receipt.
Inspection is crucial, and any broken packages must be marked on the Bill of Lading, clearly indicating the broken items.
Other items are delivered through ground shipping with UPS or USPS and are sent directly to the specified address.
